There are several things that make this practice special. First of all, Dr. Phillips and Dr. Ray are excellent practitioners. The staff are really, really sweet young ladies. The office is set up to do surgery within the office in a safe and precise manner. One of my recommendations for patients to continue to come to this practice and to have Dr. Phillips take care of them would be his overall personality. He is a very kind and caring person. When an occasion presents itself that one of our friends or acquaintances asks me about who to come to be taken care of from an oral surgery standpoint, I always recommend that they come and see either Dr. Phillips or Dr. Ray, and I know that they will be taken care of in a very, very expert manner.
