Well, it was really interesting when my dentist discovered I had a cracked tooth and recommended I have it extracted, and she said, "I want you to go see Dr. Phillips." You have a tendency when you're dealing with a physician — a man of science — to think that he's going to be pretty cold and pretty strict, but William Phillips is just the opposite. William Phillips comes in and smiles and pats you on the shoulder and chats with you and right away puts you at ease, and it just gives you a terrific feeling of confidence in his ability and his skill, and of course that confidence is warranted. Recovery can be an issue, but for me — and I've been here twice — it was a non-event. Dr. Phillips prescribed some pain medication as is the normal course of events I think, but I didn't even have to use any. If I knew someone who who needed oral surgery, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend this practice.
