Well, the office is really a joyful place to come into because you’re greeted with a smile, everybody’s extraordinarily friendly—it’s a very relaxing atmosphere here. Dr. Phillips is a very down to earth guy, you always know that you’re going to have plenty of time with him. His approach is very straightforward and matter of fact.
