At our practice in Dallas, TX, we do our best to provide patients with as many options as possible for payment and insurance purposes. At Park Cities Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Associates, our staff is more than happy to assist you with inquiries about estimates of costs or payment for all appointments. Our office accepts many methods of payment, including the following:

All consultation and oral surgery costs are due at the time of your visit. If you’re interested in a payment plan, it must be agreed upon before your surgical appointment. Our staff is more than happy to assist you. Please call us at (214) 363-2475 if you’d like to discuss your payment options in more detail or to set up a payment plan.
We make every effort to collaborate with most insurance providers to arrange for reimbursement for your patient care. Please remember that you are responsible for the full balance at the time of surgery. We will send a monthly statement to your address reflecting your payment with your insurance policy. Most insurance companies will respond in four to six weeks, but any remaining balance after your reimbursement is your responsibility. Please contact our office to address financial questions or concerns before your procedure. We suggest you bring your insurance information, a valid photo ID, and a medical card to your consultation help us begin the insurance billing process.
